Good experience in this hotel, not longer to railway station. In a budget price of accomodation, comfortable stay, outdoor games zone like billiords, carroms and garden to walk. Hot water heater available. Manager is comfortable and very patience. He will give all the details a out Lonavala and Kandala tourism attractive locations with vehicle arrangement details on our own interest with our prices. Cons are I travelled on October by that time it was looks like very recently renovated so still it was not fully completed, some work going on. Rooms also not much spacious. Swimming pool is not much clean to use also no one using all temperature is very cold so not able to get in.. Over all comfortable stay on budget.. ~ ravi 1

We went to this place in November during Diwali. Place is pretty good. The rates are reasonable. They have swimming pool(clean, crystal water and I think it didn't have or had very little chlorine), table tennis, pool table, carrom for adults and swings, trampoline etc for kids in the garden area. We stayed at one of the cottages they offer. Massive space, it had 3 bedrooms with attached bathrooms, 1 hall with LED tv, gigantic sofa set. All the bathrooms were clean, no dirt found anywhere. We lived a lavish weekend at Hill Forest. Helpful staff, smiling faces everywhere. Only thing to keep in mind is that they do not have elevators. Highly recommended for family outings. ~ Harshit B

The resort was clean . The breakfast offered is very good . Food in the hotel is tasty especially rotis and curry not rice . Staff are v polite . Especially attendant “ Shere” is v nice . He is passionate about his job . He has served every one in same manner . Coming to amenities in the resort all are up to the mark . Swimming pool for kids and adults is good . It is clean but still can be maintained well . Rooms are good and clean . Resort has game zone only billiards and tt. Wonderful atmosphere to enjoy in the resort . Hill forest resort Visited this resort located at Lonavala, Tungarli hills with my friends. The place is near the station which makes easier to travel by train to Mumbai. The resort is a great place to visit with friends, relatives and even with family preferable to people of any age group. It has all the the amenities with Cleanliness and hygiene maintained. The cottage is well air conditioned and has a large space being able to fit a whole gang. The resort has indoor games like carrom, ball pool and even a swimming pool to enjoy with friends. Overall the resort has all the basic amenities provided with a polite staff. The cottage has good clean bathrooms for every bedroom along with attached washroom for common room. Various tourist spot of lonavala are easily accessible from this resort. It has a complimentary wifi and also a TV provided for entertainment. Its one of the best villa to stay in LonavalaIt also has a refrigerator provided to keep of snacks and drinks. ~ Srushti K

A Great place to visit in Lonavala with extremely friendly and needfull staff who are always there to help you right from the guy at the reception to the guys working in the dining area. The food qaulity and quantity was outstanding kudos to the food. It has a great pool for those who love to spend some time at the pool, just needs a little more attention towards the maintaince aspect. The rooms are also very hygenic and well maintained. Best budget place. Don't expect much then you will enjoy much. Staffs are very helpful. They don't do any arguments they say "Yes" for everything and given best service to us. Good taste of dinner and breakfast. Evening Tea was best and lift up our mood. Needs improvement in dining area like fans and pool table upkeep. Swimming pool water was ultra clean. Needs some shade there. "Bathroom should have Exhaust Fan." Rs. 60 to Rs. 70 auto fare from bus stand. Good restaurant and bar also near hotels around 500-300 meter walk. ~ Sumeet K

Very good place to stay with a beautiful forest theme facade. Rooms are spic and span. Different size rooms to fit your budget. We had a good room with access to private terrace. Has swimming pool and a small garden for kids to play. Staff are friendly, courteous and will go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. They were even nice enough to offer a free upgrade to a bigger room. Easily accessible location and close to the beautiful tungarli dam. Will henceforth be our go to destination when we visit Lonavla. ~ Alex G

A value pack for sure. The rooms are spacious, some rooms can use the terrace space as well. Staff is courteous. This place has indoor sports like carrom, table tennis etc. along with children play area and swing chair. Go for the complimentary breakfast, surely worth the money you spend. Not to mention, the swimming pool was good too. My stay at the hill forest resort in Lonavala was truly exceptional! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, offering a comfortable and relaxing space to unwind after a long day of exploring. Our stay at HILL FOREST Resort was an excellent break from winter. We stayed in an ocean front villa on the fourth floor and the views and sound! Beyond the relaxing atmosphere of the villa, the next best part was the fantastic food and excellent service at the ECHO Restaurant. The menu has a great variety of food choices and the preparation made for superior tasting. The staff was very attentive, professional and friendly. There is biking, trolley tours, and opportunities to learn about shrimping in Georgia. A wonderful mini-vacation! ~ Divyesh T

Budget friendly and rooms are very neat and clean. Indoor games are there like carrom, table tennis and pool table. Swimming pool also there and very clean , they are filtering the water infront of customer/guest. I like the pool side studio room it was awesome. Customer service is very good, receptionist and service men's talked very polite. Breakfast is very nice, chole bhature and poha as well as bread butter and bread jam with hot tea . We just stayed over there before 4 days,we were 3 girls and stayed in Non AC room, it was just awesome ambience, cleanliness was too good, play area, swimming pool everything was very well maintained.It was very friendly staff and manager.service was too good.breakfast was so delicious. Apart from all we were only 3 girls and it was very safe resort we felt.I recommend it for sure and whenever I will visit lonavala,this was only my choice of resort. ~ Mansi P

We stayed at 3bhk cottage and it was an awesome experience.1st bedroom on upper Floor was twin bed room and 2nd and 3rd bedroom are like normal size room but with wooden wall and very nicely done. Hall is huge with big sofa. Best for group of people. They also have snooker table, carrom, table tennis activity. Also the garden area is nice with trampoline n jhula. They also have pool. Coming to hospitality, the staff here are very helpful It was a lovely experience. We enjoyed our stay ~ Krinalshah

Through out our 30 days of travel the best place we stayed, most amazing are those who working here anuj raju and joshi always have a smiling, pure hospitality . These employees make this resort special, location is nice away from main road so not much noice . Vert nice pool , our room come with room for child too just next to us . Some games are avaliable for time pass, it's a magical peace inside the resort that make this so amazing actually that come from employees. Very caring. ~ Yazer s

Hill forest resort , lonwala is good place . Games , swimming pool very good . As we had gone for bday celebration of my husband. Day 1 till the day forum receptionist had help me and advise about the room decorations.also pinky receptionist had help me alot for arrangement of decorations n celebrations . my husband was shocked to see such great surprise .Over all ossame hotel staff was very helpfull peace m polite . Excellent and friendly staff. Joshi is available all the time for any assistance. We booked all our site seeing with his help and had a great time. Deepak is super helpful. Nilesh is a super cook. Breakfast menu is simple and tasty. Rooms are comfortable for 2 adults and 2 kids at affordable prices. Nice design of the building for a resort in hill station. Better to book directly with Joshi than through booking apps. ~ Sathish K

I visited this place for business meeting. The location and the surrounding was natural. The rooms are also very good and spacious. The staff was very very cooperative,supportive,and polite and professional. Mr Anuj who was managing the Hall where the meeting was held was very polite and professional and was providing every essential needs. It’s in very good location near to old mumbai highway Lonavala We booked normal room for one day stay room is little old it’s not that time new and some smell is coming due to rain I think.. Service wise good but as we stayed for one night not able to take any service from hotel and this hotel has in house restaurant you can go or else you can order to room as well ~ Vani B
